Hospitals & Clinics Closed by the Big Beautiful Bill

This site was set up to keep track of all of the health care facilities that have been closed, or are at risk of closing, as a result of the passing of the so-called "Big Beautiful Bill".

According to a report conducted by The Sheps Center, and delivered to Donald Trump, Majority Leader John Thune, and Speaker Mike Johnson on June 12, 2025, by Senetors Edward Markey, Ron Wyden, Jeffrey Merkley, and Chuck Schumer, there are at least 338 rural hospitals that are at risk of closing due to the cuts to Medicade and the A.C.A.
